• The product does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws
• The product is not stolen, copied, or resold without permission

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Stolen or pirated digital products
• Copyrighted material without authorization
• Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
• Malware or harmful files

4. Enforcement & Actions

CREOVIA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Remove or disable access to any product
• Suspend or permanently ban seller accounts
• Withhold, freeze, or seize seller earnings
• Cooperate with legal authorities when required

5. No Liability

CREOVIA shall not be held liable for any damages, legal claims, or disputes arising from products sold by sellers on the platform. All liability rests solely with the seller.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us immediately. CREOVIA will investigate and take appropriate action, including product removal and seller suspension.

7. Changes

CREOVIA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
